2. Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment: Payment for services is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
Cancellations: To respect both your time and ours, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be eligible for a refund.
Missed Appointments: Please note that no refunds will be provided for missed appointments or cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.

3. No Guarantees
You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from your participation in our sessions. While we offer support and guidance, the success of any outcomes depends on your personal effort, actions, and commitment.

To the fullest extent permitted by Alberta law, Genuine Warrior and its representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
